0-series

Introduced 1968

The Scania 0-series represents the heavy-truck range introduced at the end of the 1960s, including the forward-control LB80 and LB110 and the high-powered LB140. The range introduced a new cab design and became an important step toward Scania's later modular truck families. The LB140, introduced with Scania's 14-litre V8 in 1969, became the flagship of the range.

1-series

Introduced 1974

The Scania 1-series was introduced in 1974 with models including the 81, 111 and 141. It developed Scania's heavy-truck range around improved efficiency, durability and the company's low-rev engine philosophy, and served as the direct predecessor to the fully modular 2-series introduced in 1980.

2-series

Introduced 1980

Scania's 2-series, also known as the GPRT range, introduced the company's first fully modularised truck product range.

3-series

Introduced 1987

Scania's 3-series was a modular heavy-truck range introduced in 1987 and became a prominent part of the company's late-1980s and 1990s product line.

4-series

Introduced 1995

Scania's 4-series was introduced in 1995 as a modular truck range with a new exterior design that carried Scania's styling into the 2000s.

T

1996–2005

The Scania T-series was the bonneted counterpart to Scania's forward-control heavy trucks. Introduced in this form in 1996, the T-series retained the traditional conventional-cab layout for long-haul and heavy-duty applications before Scania ended production of bonneted trucks in 2005.
