M-Series
Introduced 1969
The Sisu M-Series was first presented in 1969, with the formal model launch following in 1970. It was a heavy-duty forward-control truck range developed for demanding transport applications.
R-Series
Introduced 1970
The Sisu R-Series was a heavy-duty conventional truck range introduced in 1970 for long-distance transport, logging, construction and other demanding applications. The series included multiple axle configurations and was built around Sisu's robust Finnish chassis engineering with engines supplied by manufacturers including Leyland, Rolls-Royce and Cummins.
S-Series
Introduced 1980
The Sisu S-Series was a modular truck range introduced in 1980 and developed for road transport, construction, forestry and vocational applications. Its modular cab architecture allowed Sisu to offer low and high forward-control versions as well as conventional-cab trucks on a common platform. The range included SK, SM, SL, SN and SR variants and evolved through the 1980s and 1990s.
E-Series
Introduced 1995
The first-generation Sisu E-Series, with Sisu's own cab, was presented in November 1995. A second generation with a Renault-sourced cab followed in 1997.
Polar
Introduced 2011
The Sisu Polar is a heavy-duty truck range introduced in 2011 for demanding road, construction, forestry, heavy-haul and vocational applications. Developed around a robust Sisu chassis and Mercedes-Benz powertrain and cab technology, Polar is offered in multiple axle configurations and specialized versions for demanding Nordic operating conditions.
