About this generation
The 2017 New J6 generation introduced a major evolution of FAW Jiefang's sixth-generation heavy-truck family. Developed through a broad programme of upgrades, it brought revised exterior styling and substantial changes to intelligent systems, powertrain technology, efficiency, reliability and driver comfort while retaining the established J6 model identity.
