Overview
The 14.8-litre Tatra V910 air-cooled V12 diesel continued in the second-generation Tatra 111. Following earlier reliability-related reductions in engine speed and output, the engine produced approximately 180 hp at 1800 rpm. The later Tatra 111A, introduced from 1952, retained the same basic engine architecture but introduced belt-driven cooling fans and further development.
