About this generation
The 1999 Volvo NH introduced Volvo's modern bonneted heavy-truck design as part of the company's global product platform of the late 1990s. Sold in NH12 form, it combined a conventional cab layout with Volvo's contemporary heavy-truck technology and complemented the cab-over FH and FM ranges.
