About this generation
The Tatra 815-2 TERRN°1 was introduced in 1997 as a major evolution of the Tatra 815-2. It introduced Tatra's King Frame combined rear suspension, improving axle load capacity and stability while retaining the characteristic Tatra backbone chassis and independent swing-axle suspension.
