About this generation

The Mack Anthem was introduced in 2017 as Mack's modern Class 8 highway truck for long-haul and regional freight operations. It combined Mack's traditional durability with a more aerodynamic design, improved driver comfort, enhanced storage and modern powertrain technology. The Anthem became Mack's primary highway model through the 2017–2025 model period.
